How Quoblex handles your information
In effect from October 30, 2026
Scope
Here is what Quoblex gathers when someone browses this website or completes the request form, what happens to it afterwards, and the say you keep over it. The notice is written for owners of businesses and for the businesses themselves.
Information you give us
The request form asks for these items:
- About the company: its legal name, trading address, tax ID, line of business, yearly revenue, and how long it has been operating.
- About each owner: full name, Social Security number, date of birth, home address, share of ownership, and your own estimate of your credit standing.
- Bank statements, which you upload as files.
- An electronic signature, applied at the end of the form.
Our hosting setup also keeps visit logs: the page asked for, the time, your IP address and the type of browser. The site sets no cookies and has no analytics tools.
What we do with it
The information lets us judge whether Quoblex can be useful, draft the written recommendation, answer your questions, and keep a record of what you signed. It also helps us guard the site against misuse. Quoblex never sells it.
Who else sees it
A funding source gets your file only if you ask us to make an introduction. Until you do, no one outside Quoblex sees it, apart from the providers that host our systems and store our records, which may use it solely to serve us. The law can also compel us to disclose information, and we will comply when it does.
Retention
Requests and uploaded documents stay with us while the matter is open and for as long afterwards as our record-keeping duties demand. Once that period ends, we erase them or render them unreadable. Ask us for earlier deletion and we will agree, unless a legal duty says otherwise.
Safeguards
Form entries and uploads move over encrypted connections. Inside Quoblex, only staff working on your file can open it. Because no system is perfectly safe, please upload only what the form requests.
Choices you have
You can ask what we hold on you, have errors fixed, or have the file removed. You can pull a request back before you accept a recommendation. You can tell us to end phone calls, emails or text messages, and we will. Use the details on the Reach us page to do any of this.
If this notice changes
A revised version will appear on this page with a fresh start date.
